Q. Do these Montessori toys really provide all the developmental value that is mentioned?

Yes! The Montessori method is a scientifically proven educational system and the toys we design are child development experts approved and believed to provide the listed benefits to your little one. 

Q. What ages are Toddler Thrive toys made for?

We have a variety of toys that are suitable for children from 0 months to 12 years. But we especially specialize in toys that are mostly toddler targeted as we believe it is the age group that is mainly developmentally influenceable.

Q. Are Toddler Thrive toys safe for my baby?                                          

Absolutely! Our toys are mostly made from natural materials that are biodegradable and can be recycled. Non of our toys contain any chemicals or batteries. This makes them safe for children to play with and reduces the risk of exposure to harmful chemicals.

Q. Are the toys only good for the ages indicated in the product description?

No. Most of our toys can be used well after the age that is written in the description. However, we believe the age listed in the description is the ideal time to get the toys for your little one as it would provide the most value and benefit to children within that period.


Payments

Q. Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely! Our store is PCI DSS compliant, which means that we meet all of the requirements for security set forth by the major credit card companies. All personal and credit card/ payment information is kept safe and secure.

Q. Will I be charged tax in addition to the product cost?

No! Taxes are included in the product cost. The price you see next to the product is what you will pay at check out.

Q. How much is shipping?

 Currently we offer free standard shipping to anywhere in the USA ,Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom. For shipping outside of these countries, shipping fee will vary depending on the location,  size and weight of the item. Shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Q. How do I check my order status?

You’ll receive an email with your order confirmation once you submit your order. You will receive another email with a tracking number once we ship your order. If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact our Customer Support.

Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days of placement. Shipping time varies depending on your location. For orders within the U.S shipping time is usually 5-7 business days. For Canada and Europe 6-10 business days. Australia and New Zealand 12-14 business days.

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

 Yes! We currently offer shipping all over the world. If you are having trouble placing an order to your country please contact our customer support for assistance.


Returns

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Yes! you can cancel your order and get a full refund anytime before your order is shipped. If you would like to cancel your order after the package is shipped, you will have to wait until you receive the package and send it back to us within 30 days. Once we receive the item, we will offer you a full refund. Please make sure when you ship the item back to us that it is in its new condition and it's original package.

Q. How do I return my order?

Here at Toddler Thrive we want you to be happy with our products. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days after receiving the package.Once we receive the package we will issue a replacement or refund (whichever you are looking for).  Please contact us Here with your name and order number so we can send you a prepaid return label. Return shipping fee may be applicable depending on the reason for the return, Please make sure the product is in new condition and in it's original package when you return it back to us.
